UK Delivery Charges:
At this time we only deliver within the United Kingdom, this is due to items being perishable and too costly to ship outside the UK.

All our product are shipped with our chosen carriers using a standard delivery service. Charges for delivery are as follows:

£3.95 for all individual orders below £30.00.
FREE for all individual orders £30.00 and above.

When you place an order, that order can only be delivered to 1 address. We DO NOT split orders between multiple addresses.
Collection in person from our manufacturing facility is not an option unfortunately, We offer delivery only.

Delivery Address Information:

When placing an order please ensure that your delivery address is full and complete when at the checkout. The last thing we want is for your package to be undelivered or mis-routed due to this error! When at the checkout, there is a box marked ‘Order Notes’ where you can add specific delivery instructions such as directions (if you are difficult to find) or where to leave the package in a ‘safe’ place (make the location as simple and clear as possible). This info will be printed on the label for the courier to follow at their discretion.

Delivery Date:

We tend to dispatch products within 72 hours of you placing your order. If items are going to delay your order further we will contact you via email and update you. Delivery is Monday to Friday (standard delivery times). We will distribute on the earliest day we can and email you once dispatched. Your goods will be delivered by our chosen courier and we will update you via email once your order has been delivered.

** Please note: we cannot be held responsible for delays/issues with parcels due to the following**
An incomplete/incorrect addresses given by the customer.
If a ‘no response to knock’ or a ‘not in’ update is given from the delivery driver.
If the delivery driver fails to leave a delivery card to say you missed them.
If the parcel has gone missing once left in a ‘safe’ place as requested.
Whilst the above is frustrating we will do our best to rectify it where we can and as quickly as possible.

If you have not received your parcel within 48 hours of receiving the dispatch email, then please contact us immediately on: 07565380973 so we can chase it for you.

Our Packaging:

If your order doesn’t require insulated packaging then your goods will be delivered by Royal Mail 2nd class postage.

Storage:

To ensure your order remains in good condition, we advise that once you have received them, you unpack them and keep them in the fridge. Check for information on the individual products for ‘use-by’, ‘best before’ dates, and storage.

Our website and printed material contain custom images taken by professional photographers.
All photographs are the copyright of Piggy Pete’s Deli. People may not use them without prior written permission from Piggy Pete’s Deli. Appropriate legal action will be taken if photographs are used without permission.

Product Weights:

All products are cut and packed by us on site, the weight highlighted on the webstore and on the packaging is the minimum weight of the product at the time of packing.

Payments:

All online payments are dealt with using by Stripe inc. At our checkout you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. This includes name, delivery address and payment details. This allows us to process your payment and update you of the status of your order. We accept the following credit card/debit payments: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Tax Charges:

All prices you see are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. These charges are included in the total charge displayed at Checkout.

Feedback:

We value all feedback but ask that it is constructive. If you did not like something, tell us why so we have a chance to improve it! If you like something, please tell us why also!
Reviews help potential customers decide if they want to purchase our products and also helps us know how we are doing and if we need to make changes in how we make products/trade!
