We are more than happy to refund or resolve any issues with our products which you purchase from us. In the event any of our products you purchase from us don’t arrive in perfect condition. Please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the items and If there are any issues with the product itself we will refund or replace ASAP.
Damages and issues
Please check that your order is ok when delivered. The outer packaging should protect your products from damage but get in touch immediately if the products you purchased are defective, damaged or if you believe you received the wrong item. We will look into your concern and rectify as quickly as possible.
Returns
We don’t accept returns of our goods due to being food products, but will always seek to address any concerns you have about your order and find a suitable solution.
