Piggy Petes Products Used:
Smoked Camembert

Ingredients:
1x Sheet Puff Pastry
1x Smoked Camembert
5x Prosciutto Slices
150g Tomato Chutney (or preferred chutney)
1x Large Sprig of Rosemary
4x Lengths of String

Method:
1) Roll out your puff pastry sheet and trim the 2 short edges so they are curved.
2) Wrap your smoked camembert wheel in the prosciutto slices.
3) Place the tomato chutney in the centre of the pastry sheet, and then place the prosciutto wrapped smoked camembert on top of it.
4) Fold the pastry over the camembert, try to make it tight and sealed.
5) For the pumpkin effect, take 4 lengths of string and cross them over each other in a star shape.
6) Take the camembert parcel (do not turn it over) and place it so the centre it is on top of the ‘cross’ of the string.
7) Tie the string tight enough to indent the pastry but not so tight it cuts through it. Once done, turn the parcel over.
8) Crack the egg into a cup and mix it together with a fork, then brush the parcel all over with it.
9) Place in an air fryer at 200° for 20 mins, or in the oven at 200° for 30 mins (or until golden brown).
10) Once cooked, cut away the string and place the sprig of rosemary in the centre of your pumpkin. Serve straight away with bread or crackers.
