READY TO EAT: Beef brisket, marinated in spices and flavourings for 21 days. Once done the meat is transferred to a sous vide machine to cook slowly at a low temp. Finally we portion it out ready for distribution.
The product is placed into a sous vide for 14 hours to allow the meet to cook at a low temperature and for the flavours to develop and intensify.
