READY TO EAT: Mature cheddar cheese which is placed in a dedicated cold smoker for several hours. Once smoked the cheese is then wrapped in parchment paper for 24 hours allowing the flavour to permeate the cheese. Once done we package ready for distribution.
The product is placed in a dedicated cold smoker and smoked for 10 hours using oak wood.
Keep refrigerated.
