RAW INGREDIENT: Large garlic bulb which is placed in a dedicated cold smoker for several hours. Once smoked the garlic bulb is packaged ready for distribution.
Cold Smoking:
The product is placed in a dedicated cold smoker and smoked for 10 hours using oak wood.
