RAW INGREDIENT: Dried scotch bonnet chilli peppers which are placed in a dedicated cold smoker for several hours. Once smoked the sea salt is packaged ready for distribution.

Cold Smoking:

The product is placed in a dedicated cold smoker and smoked for 10 hours using oak wood.

Store in a cool, dry place.
