Product Description:
READY TO EAT: Fresh mackerel fillets prepared and placed in a hot smoker to cook at a low temperature whist being smoked. Once smoked we portion it out ready for distribution.
Hot Smoking Chamber:
The product is placed in a dedicated hot smoker and smoked for 2 hours using oak wood.
Storage Instructions:
Keep refrigerated. Eat within 2 days of opening.
