Subscriptions are every 4 weeks. We ship all biltong subscriptions on the Tuesday AFTER the subscription payment has been received.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime, however, once a payment has been made, we are unable to cancel that order. To cancel a subscription you can either log into your account or email your request here.
PLEASE NOTE: Our salmon has 2 weeks shelf life so can be consumed in this timeframe or can be frozen also.

Choose any 6 packs of 60g salmon to create your monthly subscription.
READY TO EAT: Fresh salmon side fillet prepared and cured in a combination of ingredients. After a time, the fillet is removed from the cure and placed into a cold smoker and once done we portion it out ready for distribution.
The product is placed in a dedicated cold smoker and smoked for 10 hours using oak wood.
Keep refrigerated.

Salmon(FISH), Brown Sugar, Sea Salt.
Beetroot Cured Salmon:
Salmon(FISH), Beetroot, Brown Sugar, Cardamom Pods, Orange Zest, Sea Salt.
Citrus Cured Salmon:
Salmon(FISH), Brown Sugar, Cumin Seeds, Lemon Zest, Orange Zest, Sea Salt, Star Anise.
Pastrami Cured Salmon:
Salmon(FISH), Allspice, Bay Leaves, Black Peppercorns, Brown Mustard Seeds, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Cloves, Coriander Seeds, Ground Ginger, Juniper Berries, Sea Salt.
Gin Cured Salmon:
Salmon(FISH), Brown Sugar, Cardamom Pods, Cinnamon, Coriander Seeds, Dried Elderberries, Juniper Berries, Orange Zest, Pink Peppercorns, Sea Salt, Upriser Gin.
