Q) I have registered to the website and placed an order but not receiving emails of any sorts, why?
A) Please check your junk/spam folder of the email address you registered with. You will need to mark the emails as trusted so they do not go to your spam. If you still have issues please email su*****@pi************.com
Q) Are the meats you use HALAL?
A) Our meat which we use is NOT halal. We have used halal meat for special requests previously , but this request needs to be emailed to us. If we can we will (subject to availability). Email su*****@pi************.com
Q) Why do you not do offers such as 3 for 2 or BOGOF?
A) We considered doing that on our website however, we feel that offering a lower price, rather than bulk buying discount is better. Not only for our customers but also for productivity and quality (not bulk making and storing for long periods). HOWEVER!, When we do events we DO give special discounts/offers to our customers!
Q) Why do you not ship outside the UK?
A) At this time it is not cost effective to offer our products outside the UK.
Q) Why can I not pick up from your facility, rather than deliver to me?
A) We are not always available at the premises to accommodate that unfortunately.
