Product Description:

READY TO EAT: Portobello mushrooms, sliced and marinated for 48 hours in a combination of ingredients. Once the cure time is complete the sliced mushrooms are removed from the marinade and placed in a dehydrator. Once dehydrated they are portioned out ready for distribution.

Dehydrating:

The product is placed in a dehydrator at a low temperature, allowing it to lose moisture/cook slowly and intensify the flavour.

Storage Instructions:

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Portobello Mushrooms, Black Pepper,, Coriander Seeds, Garlic Granules, Kosher Salt, Onion Granules, Reaper Chilli Flakes, Red Wine Vinegar, Vegan Worcestershire Sauce(Water, Date Syrup, Spirit Vinegar, Onion Puree, Salt, Tamarind Paste, Ginger Puree, Garlic Puree, Cayenne Pepper, Dried Cloves, Thickener: Xanthan Gum).
