Reaper Chilli Droëwors
Product Description:
READY TO EAT: Fresh South African Droëwors prepared and stuffed into sheep casings using a combination of ingredients (including our homemade reaper chilli chutney). The Droëwors are then hung in a dedicated biltong chamber.
Biltong Chamber:
The product is hung in a dedicated biltong chamber with a target temp of 70F (21.2C) and humidity of 50%. This helps slow down the weight loss and really develop the flavour profile. Weight loss target is around 50%.
