Product Description:

READY TO EAT: Fresh salmon side fillet prepared and cured in a combination of ingredients. After a time, the fillet is removed from the cure and placed into a cold smoker and once done we portion it out ready for distribution.

Cold Smoking Chamber:

The product is placed in a dedicated cold smoker and smoked for 10 hours using oak wood.

Storage Instructions:

Keep refrigerated.

Salmon(FISH), Brown Sugar, Sea Salt.
