Smoked Cheese

For the cheese lovers! We smoke select cheese’ to give a little more jazz to cheese boards! All our cheeses are cold smoked for 10 hours using oak wood.

Cured/Smoked Fish

(Salmon/Mackerel Products)
Cured salmon fillets using a salt and sugar mix, with the addition of various flavours. The salmon has a 10 hour cold smoke option using oak wood.

Mackerel fillets are available plain, or with various flavour combinations. They are placed in a hot smoker and smoked for 2 to 3 hours using oak wood.

South African Biltong

Air dried beef that is cured and hung in our dedicated biltong chamber for 3 to 6 days, allowing the beef to take on a richer flavour profile whilst drying.

South African Boerewors/Droëwors

Boerewors are raw South African sausage and a great addition to any BBQ or braai!

Droëwors are an air dried snack stick version of Boerewors. They are air dried in our biltong box for 3 to 5 days, allowing the flavour profile to intensify and are high in protein.

Smoked & Roasted Nuts

All our nuts are seasoned and slowly roasted for several hours whilst smoking using oak wood.
